Annual Back-to-School Checklist

New and Returning families will now find their former Student Enrollment Checklist items located in the NEW Family Action Center within the Go System.
To access your required Back-to-School Tasks, navigate to Family Action Center in the left-side menu and select Annual Back-to-School Tasks to view and complete the list of required items.
We encourage families to complete these required tasks early to avoid any delays in receiving student materials or accessing services for the upcoming school year.
Returning Families
The timeline below outlines when each required form will become available in the Family Action Center as we prepare for the 2026–2027 school year.
26-27 Master Agreements
Effective March 24, Master Agreements (MA) for the 2026–27 academic year will be distributed. We kindly request that families execute these documents promptly to facilitate a seamless approval process.
To assist with your planning, please note the following transition timeline:
March 24: Master Agreement distribution begins.
Late Spring: The 2026–27 ordering window opens. Families may place orders at this time; however, final processing is contingent upon MA signature AND approval.
July 1:Final Deadline. Orders will not be processed, and access to the ordering module will be suspended for any accounts without a signed and approved Master Agreement on file.
General School Orientation
The mandatory Orientation for the 2026–27 academic year is scheduled to commence on April 7. Viewing the orientation video is a primary prerequisite for account approval; we kindly request that families complete this requirement promptly to facilitate a seamless transition into the new school year.
Please be advised of the following deadlines regarding orientation status:
April 7: The 2026–27 Orientation Video becomes available for viewing.
May 1: The ordering window for the upcoming academic year opens. While families may initiate orders at this time, no orders will be formally processed until the orientation requirement has been fulfilled.
July 1:Final Deadline. Access to the ordering module will be suspended for any accounts that have not completed the orientation viewing.
Yearly Documentation
Beginning May 22, the mandatory annual documentation for the 2026–27 academic year will be available for completion. To ensure uninterrupted access to the ordering module and to facilitate the timely processing of requests, we kindly ask that families prioritize the submission of these items.
The following documentation must be reviewed and submitted:
Student & Household Profiles: Comprehensive updates to Contact Information, Learning Coach Details, and Student Health records.
Institutional Agreements: The Parent/Student Compact and the Technology Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).
Operational Guidelines: Review and acknowledgment of the Parent/Student Handbook, Ordering Guidelines, and the Non-Compliance Section.
Waivers: The Media and General Activity Waiver.
Important Deadlines
May 22: All required documentation becomes available for electronic signature and submission.
May–June: Families may continue to place orders during this period; however, final processing is contingent upon the completion of all forms listed above.
July 1:Final Deadline. Access to the ordering module will be suspended for any accounts with outstanding or unapproved documentation.
HDC & POR
August 3: Parent Portal & HDC Submission
On August 3, an automated notification will be distributed to all families regarding the Annual Parent Portal Reset.
Action Required: Follow the instructions in the email to reset your login credentials.
HDC Form: Once your access is restored, please log in to the Parent Portal immediately to complete the Household Data Collection (HDC) form.
August 3: Proof of Residency (POR)
Concurrent with the portal reset, the Proof of Residency (POR) section of the enrollment checklist will be activated within the Go App.
Action Required: Please upload current documentation as prompted to verify your residency for the upcoming school year.
Important Deadline: August 28
To facilitate a smooth start to the year, both the HDC form and POR documentation must be submitted and approved by August 28.
Please Note: Failure to complete these final requirements by the August 28 deadline may result in a administrative hold on student planning amounts by the assigned teacher.
New Enrollments
Once registration is completed by the enrollment team, the below outlines when each required form will become available in the Family Action Center as we prepare for the 2026–2027 school year.
All items must be completed to gain access to the Ordering module in the Go System.
Master Agreements
When enrollment is offered to a new family, Master Agreements (MA) will be sent and are required to be signed within 72 hours to finalize a student's place within the schools.
New Family Orientation
After enrollment is offered to a new family, an email will be sent with information on how to sign up for orientation.
Orientations will occur during the summer months and are mandatory for new families. Each orientation will allow new families to meet 1:1 with a curriculum expert to support choosing the best curriculum for the student.
Yearly Documentation
After enrollment is offered, an email will be sent with login credentials for the Go System.
In the Go System, families will locate the Back-to-School Tasks under the Family Action Center menu item. To ensure timely access to the Ordering module families should prioritize completing these tasks.
