No, but you will be notified via email when the order has been submitted. You will also receive an email upon the order being ready for pickup. Please wait for the pickup email before arriving.
For Van Delivery days, a pick-up email will be sent on the delivery day, as a reminder to pick up. If for any reason the families order has been canceled they will receive a cancellation email, otherwise please wait for their delivery day.

Core Materials: Curriculum, Full school year, up to 20 per student
Sets: Full school year, up to 5 per student
Supporting Materials: 3 months
How many items can I check out?
To ensure all families have access to these incredible tools, please keep these borrowing windows and limits in mind:
- Core Materials: Student textbooks, teacher guides, literature sets, microscopes, math manipulatives, and musical instruments are checked out for the full school year (due at the beginning of June). Each student can check out up to 20 Core items at one time.
- Supporting Materials: Everything else—including games, puzzles, kits, and interest-led resources—can be checked out for 3 months to perfectly support a specific unit or topic in your learning schedule. Each student can check out up to 15 Supporting items at one time.
What happens if I lose, accidentally break, or lose pieces to an item they have checked out?
We understand that sometimes life happens. Please return what is left to the Sharehouse so our staff can mark the item as damaged. Our staff will asses damages and determine if there will be a cost for repair. If the item is lost, please let a staff member know so they can properly mark the item in the system. If a family checks out an item that is damaged or missing pieces, please let a staff member know when it is returned. This helps us know whether to make repairs or remove the item from the system.
What is the return policy?
- Sharehouse items can be returned in-person at 3610 E. Ashlan Avenue, Fresno, CA 93726, and at a scheduled Van Day.
- The previous requirement for students to return all items at the end of the school year has been changed. Returns are now only mandatory in specific circumstances.
- Enrolled Students: If a student remains enrolled for the following school year and wishes to keep their borrowed items, they DO NOT need to return them at the end of the school year.
- Withdrawing Students: If a student is withdrawing from the school after the school year, they MUST return all borrowed items at the end of their enrollment period.
- Maxed Out Limit: If a student has reached the maximum checkout limit for an item category, they MUST return some items before they can check out more.
Can I donate my personal items to the Sharehouse?
No, unfortunately, we do not currently have the infrastructure to accept donations of personal items, or those not bought with educational funds. If families are returning non-consumable items bought with educational funds, that is not a donation, it is considered a Go System return.
How do I return items I purchased with Planning Amounts?
