Williams Complaint Public Notice

Notice to Parents, Guardians, Pupils, and Teachers

You have the right to file a Williams Complaint regarding the following deficiencies:

1. Sufficient Textbooks and Instructional Materials: Each pupil, including English learners, must have a textbook or instructional materials, or both, to use in class and to take home.

2. School Facilities Condition: All school facilities maintained by YVCS that are
accessible to pupils must be clean, safe, and in good repair.

3. Teacher Vacancies or Misassignments: There should be no teacher vacancies or misassignments.

Vacancy: A position to which a single designated certificated employee has not
been assigned for the entire year or semester.

4. Complaint Form Location: A complaint form may be obtained at the school office or downloaded from the school’s website.
