This Social Emotional Learning (SEL) class is designed to help students develop essential life skills that support their personal, social, and academic growth. Through engaging discussions, interactive activities, and real-world scenarios, students will learn how to understand and manage their emotions, build positive relationships, make responsible decisions, and resolve conflicts peacefully. The class emphasizes empathy, self-awareness, embracing a Growth Mindset, respect for others, and effective communication.
