The Creative Lens

In this creative and beginner-friendly course, students will learn the fundamentals of photography and graphic design—even without a camera! We’ll explore how cameras work, what makes a great photo, and important photography rules like lighting, composition, and perspective. Students will also learn how to use color, text, and layout to design eye-catching graphics. While no camera is required, students who have access to a smartphone or camera will have opportunities to apply their learning through fun optional photo activities. Perfect for curious minds ready to see the world through a more creative lens!
